Pick-up and Drop-off: The company picked me up directly from my hotel and dropped me off afterward. About 5 minutes before arrival, they sent me a text, so I had time to gather my things and head downstairs. Upon arrival, they asked for my name, checked it off their list, and I didn’t need to bring any confirmation documents.
